All orders are shipped as insured packages with tracking information. Standard shipping within the EU is handled by DHL in cooperation with local partners, while express and international shipping is managed through DHL Express, FEDEX, or UPS. Orders placed by 10 a.m. (CET) Monday through Friday are processed on the same business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

As an environmentally conscious company, we do not offer free returns.

Please note that return costs of 10 EUR for Germany, 15 EUR for Austria, 20 EUR for other EU countries and 20 $ for US will be charged. Returns from outside the EU must be sent at your own expense.

We regret to inform you that we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes (exception: US). Therefore, customers are responsible for any potential additional fees and charges. In case you wish to return your product, customers are responsible for claiming back the paid amount from the local authoritites.

Orders to the United States are shipped “Delivery Duty Paid”, meaning that we cover customs or import duties if applicable.
