All orders are shipped as insured packages with tracking information. Standard shipping within the EU is handled by DHL in cooperation with local partners, while express and international shipping is managed through DHL Express, FEDEX, or UPS. Orders placed by 10 a.m. (CET) Monday through Friday are processed on the same business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

As an environmentally conscious company, we do not offer free returns.

Please note that return costs of 10 EUR for Germany, 15 EUR for Austria, 20 EUR for other EU countries and 20 $ for US will be charged. Returns from outside the EU must be sent at your own expense.

• All prices include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
• No additional customs duties or import taxes apply.

Orders to the USA, UK, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia

• These orders are shipped "Delivery Duty Paid" (DDP).
• This means that AMELI covers all applicable customs and import duties – there are no additional costs for you.

Orders to Other Countries Outside the EU & Switzerland

• International orders (except for the above DDP countries) may be subject to customs or import duties, which are determined by the destination country.
• These additional costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer.
• If you wish to return your order, it is your responsibility to claim back any customs fees from your local authorities.
