Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it; it must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please use our Returns Portal or simply contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For the returns, we charge 4,90 € for Germany and 6,90 € for Austria, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. For any other country, the return costs are the same as the delivery costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that were bought on sale or through gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take up to 10 working days after reception at our warehouse to process your return.
Note: If you choose to return your item outside of the 30-day window without receiving a proper shipping label from us, we will not be liable for any product that is lost or delayed in transit.
