Return & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it; it must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you want to return an item from the US, please send us an email to info@ameli-zurich.com with your order number.
To proceed with your return - Pack your AMELI product including all components (e.g., straps, dustbag) in the original packaging or another box of adequate size
- Drop off the box at the local post office
We will issue a refund for the returned product within 10 business days of receiving it. The refund will be in the form of the original payment method used to purchase the product.
As an environmentally conscious company, we do not offer free returns. Please note that return costs of 10 EUR for Germany, 15 EUR for Austria, 20 EUR for other EU countries, 20 $ for US, 85 Riyal for Saudi Arabia and 85 Dirham for UAE will be charged. Returns from outside the EU must be sent at your own expense.
If you do not use a return label from our portal, please send us an email at info@ameli-zurich.com with your order number and tracking code so that we can properly process your return in our systems.
Please inspect your order when receiving it and contact us immediately at info@ameli-zurich.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that were bought on sale or through gift cards.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal or leather care goods (such as our AMELI Leather Milk or other beauty products).
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (AMELI Zurich GmbH, E-Mail: info@ameli-zurich.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. register your return or send an e-mail) and send back the goods you want to return according to our return process (see above).
Effects of cancellation
In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the received performance and benefits (e.g. benefits of use), or can only do so in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss of value. You do not have to compensate us for any deterioration of the goods caused by the intended use of the goods. You only have to pay compensation for the value of the use made of the goods if you have used the goods in a way that goes beyond the examination of the characteristics and functioning of the goods. By "testing the properties and functionality" we mean testing and trying out the respective goods, such as is possible and customary in a retail store.

If you want to exchange a product for a different model or color, the fastest way is to return your initial order and place a new one in our shop. For the return process, please follow the instructions above.
