Shipment

Standard delivery for Germany & Austria are free of charge for orders over 49 EUR. For all other countries, the shipment costs are calculated at the checkout.

The delivery time varies from country to country. For Germany, Austria, and some other European countries, we also offer express delivery besides standard shipment. Learn more

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return has to be paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount. For more details, see Returns & Refunds.

Tax

There are no additional taxes applied for EU countries. For other countries, please check with your authorities. Since our products are primarily designed for business needs, you may be able to claim a tax refund.
