Our fashion start-up is currently seeking a creative and talented copywriter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content across a range of platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and product descriptions.
Your responsibilities:
- Create and prepare visual content for all our social media, paid social channels, email marketing, websites, landing pages, etc.
- Write and edit high-quality copy for our website, social media, email and paid campaigns, and other marketing materials
- Develop creative and engaging product descriptions that accurately reflect our brand and target audience
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our business goals
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our copy is relevant and engaging
- Proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Your requirements:
- Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting projects
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Fluent in German and English is a must

Your responsibilities:
- Create and prepare visual content for all our social media, paid social channels, email marketing, websites, landing pages, etc.
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and partnership strategies to promote the company's brand and products
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry leaders to secure press coverage and partnership opportunities
- Manage the execution of all PR and partnership initiatives, including events, collaborations, and product launches
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all PR and partnership activities align with the overall marketing strategy
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of PR and partnership efforts, and make recommendations for improvement
Your requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating and executing social media campaigns, and increasing our brand awareness.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand, products, and services
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and more
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to ensure our social media presence remains unique and relevant
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media campaigns are consistent with the overall marketing strategy
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly to optimize results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices

CONTENT MANAGER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Create and prepare visual content for all our social media, paid social channels, email marketing, websites, landing pages, etc.
- Work with our existing photo & video material from lifestyle shoots, content creators, etc.
- Work closely with our external performance agency who requires creative content weekly
- Plan, organize, and edit stories, reels, and postings for AMELI’s daily Instagram and Facebook
- Create captions for our social posts and slogans for ads
- Create simple videos for performance creatives, Instagram Reels & Stories
- Edit video material on the existing, influencer-created, or self-made video material and put it into the perfect postings
- Support video and photo production - if possible - for our campaign shoots
- Work together with our marketing on the influencer marketing and brainstorm what content is needed from which creator, suggest content creators
- Collect and analyze inspiring content, design, and trends on all relevant social platforms
Your requirements:
- Solid graphic design background
- Trained in all relevant image and video editing softwares (e.g. Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign & Lightroom as well as Video Editing), Final Cut, Canva)
- Ideally, experience in the online marketing & e-commerce field with a good sense for typography & copywriting
- An eye for aesthetics & branding
- Being up to date with all of the latest relevant trends
- Passion for premium products/handbags, the most inspiring brands, and trends
- You are a team player and strive for good collaboration, but you also work independently and know how to organize yourself efficiently
- You have a result-driven way of working and are able to work efficiently in a dynamic work environment
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus

MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN (m/f/d)
We are searching for a Marketing and Social Media Intern to accompany us for the next 6-month on our journey for the next milestones to establish a sound foundation for future growth.
Your responsibilities:
- Support us in setting up and managing our social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest)
- Independently plan and create target group-relevant content for our social media channels and blog. From conception to implementation
- Responsible for community management and conscientiously answer questions and comments via our social media channels
- Understand campaign analysis as well as the reporting and tracking of relevant KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of individual campaigns on your own responsibility
- In charge for independent projects that you carry out on your own responsibility, such as analyzing the product portfolio, optimizing product presentation and sorting online
Your requirements:
- Studies in a relevant subject (e.g. business administration, fashion management, marketing)
- Internship is part of the study regulations as a compulsory internship
- Quick learner and are highly motivated, flexible and reliable
- Experience/knowledge how to work on different social media platforms and have a solid understanding of social media mechanisms and metrics
- Analytically, structured and focused work-mode
- Very good German and English communication skills
